Our partner MANASis on the way of its 30th year anniversary. Since 2023 we have distributed on Bulgarian market residential diaphragm gas meters M4Com produced by the Turkish company.
Established with a completely local capital and technology in 1996, MANAS become an innovative company in the sector thanks to its gas products and solutions developed on the basis of smart metering systems. The company’s history as a distributor and manufacturer is impressive:
The factory building is placed on 500 m² and it is with a closed area of 15 000 m² and staff of 224 employees. In the facility works 6 Metrological Laboratories:
- Gas Laboratories (test bench for rotary and turbine meters with flow rate to 2500 m³/h and test bench for diaphragm meters with flow rate to 10 m³/h)
- Water and Heat Laboratories
- Electricity Laboratories
For its 29 year on the market Manas has 3 Million Smart meters and 10 Million Mechanical meters sold, more than 500 different customers in 18 countries (France, Sweden, Bulgaria, Armenia, Italy, Ukraine, Algeria, Germany, Iraq, Egypt, Poland, Burundi, Cyprus, Nigeria, Georgia, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda).
The well known in Bulgaria residential diaphragm gas meter with maximum flow rate of 6 m³/h is based on 40 years and over 60 million meters of production experience and knowledge. The production including design, materials, equipment, manufacturing, approvals is 100 % transferred from ITRON and their factory in France, where was created and developed the type Gallus 2000 G1,6/G2,5/G4.
In 2000-2022 we sold in Bulgaria over 150 000 pieces residential gas meters Gallus 2000, and since 2023 we have distributed successfully the type M4Com G4 , produced by MANAS.
The current production area is placed on 300 m² and includes 14 assembly desks, 5 test points and 2 calibration benches (2×7 positions) and produces 220 000 meters/year as the target capacity is 1.2 million/year.
